I'm going to let you know a personal opinion of mine, and I want to stress that this is personal opinion, not
necessarily fact, it's just what I've found to be true in my life...
Natural laxatives make the best laxatives. They may not be the fastest, but they are the most sure to work, and
they're the easiest and most comfortable to take.
Obviously the best natural laxative is going to be anything with fiber in it, but there's a few things that you
can try to really get you loosened up...
Here's what I recommend you do:
Heat yourself a nice hot big bowl of oat meal...You might even put bananas in it if you want, or cut up apples
or something, but don't put too much other stuff if you can help it, and make sure that you make it with water,
NOT MILK!This is important.
Once you've eaten your oatmeal, go ahead and chomp down a pear, then down 2 mugs of as hot of water as you can
handle...The reason for this is that hot water is great for undoing any clog, and the hot oatmeal in combination
with the pear and hot water will be sure to bust through any dams you've built inside your body.
This is a sure fire way to get your bowels moving normally again.
Alright, I have a couple recommendations for you...
First and foremost, if you haven't tried milk of magnesia yet, then I really recommend trying that because it
works like a bomb.
Basically, incase you didn't know, the way that Milk of Magnesia works (MoM for short) is that it flushes your
colon with fluid by extracting it from the tissue surrounding it...This will basically force any constipation to be
literally flooded out of you.
You can find flavored MoM at the grocery store...I'd actually recommend checking out the kids section...It works
just as well, but it's flavored and tastes good. If you can't find anything flavored, then you can either take it
like a shot, or you can mix it in something that will cover up the taste...Something that's kind of fun to do is
mix it in with a Frosty or something...Makes eating it pretty nice.
If MoM just isn't your cup of tea, then I'd suggest checking out either a suppository or a stimulant
laxative...The brand doesn't matter too much as long as you get one that's a stimulant.
For all of these, I'd recommend probably keeping an open schedule for the next 24 hours, as these all have the
capability to really keep you in the bathroom.

truly there is no single answer to that question. I'd recommend trying one of the tips I listed here, and you
shouldn't have much trouble.
